    I am watching CCTV news. It says if Japan gets stronger, it's very likely that they will attack and invade other countries. What a shocking information. I thought they've changed.

    Since those countries mentioned aren't going through cultural revolution or civil war, the relics should be returned. But don't ignore that many pieces would have been destroyed by bombs or looters, much like what is happening in Syria today. And no I don't endorse theft.
