    【TailorTang's Fresh Bakery】今年年中的时候收到了来自@企鹅图书 的邀请为他们公司活动定制糖霜饼干,曾经说过自己不接单,也着实犹豫了很久,但是想起20岁生日送给自己唯一的生日礼物就是一本企鹅的奥斯汀全集,决定破例一次,像是为老友完成心愿。这也是我在烘焙路上留给2013年重要的一笔。

    【TailorTang's Fresh Bakery】Green Soybean Feast - 毛豆/毛豆浆/毛豆冰激凌/毛豆戚风。夏末,对毛豆有一种舍不去的情怀,一碟糟毛豆是沪上人家最家常的小菜。毛豆作为黄豆的前身,磨成豆浆,多了一份清新,做入蛋糕甜点,只剩下些些豆乳味,回味甘甜。(除去冰激凌添加少量抹茶粉,其他都是自然色)

    I'm being paranoid again, but what's the difference between choux and bigné? At first I thought a bigné is some kind of deep-fried pastry like donuts, but then I googled pics, they're basically the same thing, so confusing... Will you kindly answer me this question? @小美小美妈

    Found one blogger saying that bigné are originally from Italy, and some are fried, but normally bigné are light choux pastry puffed balls that are baked in the oven. Bigné were introduced in France by Caterina de' Medici, wife of Henry II of France.
