    都这个年头了，还有这样档次的客服。出库包装不带质保帖，导致无法在官方进行退换维修。客服不但不能解决问题，还屡次违反和客户的时间承诺。100 个小时过去了，先后和 10 位客服电话，质保帖还是没有送到，没有任何问题得到解决。@刘强东 @京东 #京东客服#

    One the best things about our global meeting is the outside speakers we get in to talk to us. Last night we had Dick Costolo the CEO of Twitter. It was a very very interesting discussion. He is big on having a "purpose". Twitter wants to be the global "town square".
