The prognosis for The Chief's foot is not great. I have a ruptured tendon on the side of my left foot. I have to wear a cast for at least a week and not do hard sport for 3-4 weeks. It's ok. I am a positive person. I will come back stronger and smarter!!!! 展开全文原微博
