美国贫富差距拉大，我觉得可能是由于大部分美国中产阶级家庭的portfolio中，housing占大部分，所以when housing value falls, their net worth also drops rapidly.但对于富人，由于他们大部分portfolio是financial assets,所以随着stock market recovers,他们反而大赚一笔（比如Mitt Romney).
