//@ayiyayo加加: 这次的back track确实蛮奇葩的,没clean&press之余用杠铃的只有deadlift和deadrow,然后是拿大片子做front squat和push press...Chest track又有A press,tricep又是无bar work是pushups+dips+O/H extension, bicep有plate curl,shoulder目测超累,不比88轻松,我刚加的重量估计就死那了
