    【中国是否能避免房地产泡沫?】最近走马观花看了一大牛关于美国房子泡沫的讲稿。记得几个鲜明看法:1 美国二百年历史,就是一部房地产投机-泡沫-破灭-再投机的历史,大的有8/9次。2 开国元勋里,有土地投机的高手!3 人们重复犯一个相同的错误,低估长期房地产的供给能力!长期看地产供给很有弹性啊。
