今日留学信息2：Notre Dame University（圣母大学）：If a student is denied admissions in Early Action, then the process ends and he/she cannot apply later during the Regular process. 如果一个学生的EA申请没有被录取，那么就不能在Regular的申请过程中再次申请了。即一年内只能申请一次。
